What does Ice Gear make its clothing from?
We use multiple technical fabrics for our various lines and styles of clothing. Please visit our fabrics page for more details.
What is the optimum way to care for Ice Gear garments?
Our fabrics can be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low. However many of our Ice Gear fabrics take no time at all to air dry after washing machine.
Does Ice Gear offer catalogues?
At Ice Gear we update our styles and colors every 30-45 days, this makes it challenging to use print catalogues. Please visit our online store for updated styles, colors, and info.
Who is our target market?
We aim our clothing primarily at people serious about fitness that care for high quality comfortable clothing, and want to support their Canadian workers.

How do I know what size to order?

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link where you can track it online.
How can you change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact our consumers relations department at online@icegearfitness.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fill orders quickly and as a result we cannot cancel or change an order once its entered the shipping process.
What is your return/exchange policy online?
Unwashed and unworned merchandise may be returned to the ecommerce warehouse where it was shipped from. All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at the time of return. All garments are subject to inspection, shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from icegearfitness.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a retail store. Packages must be returned prepaid, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. We are not responsible for lost items in the mail. Please send your prepaid insured package to: Consumer Relations 245 West Beaver Creek Road. Unit 3. Richmond Hill, ON. L4B 1L1, Canada. Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from icegearfitness.com within 21 days.
Are there any items that can’t be returned/exchanged?
Underwear, swimsuits, hats and toques. Sale items are final sale.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We have taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server.

Yes, we offer product from our current inventory, and we are able to offer custom colors or styles. For more information, Please contact us at info@icegearfitness.com
Do you do team orders?
Teams accepted by ICE GEAR receive a 25%-50% discount on our retail prices and may choose from a variety of performance apparel currently available. There is a minimum order require. Teams can contact our Brand Directing Department at info@icegearfitness.com
Can I add a team logo or name to the clothing?
If you choose, ICE GEAR is able to screen print your logo(s) to our product for you.
Are there other places on the internet to buy ICE GEAR?
No, this is the authorized and official website of ICE GEAR FITNESS APPAREL online shopping.
Are the products on the website the same as in the stores?
Yes. Although our website may have a different assortment than our stores, the products are the same.
